General Information - Covenants and Restrictions

There are specific covenants and restrictions for Plantation Estates that are enforced by the Association. All homeowners should have received a copy of the covenants and restrictions at the time they closed on the purchase of their residence in the subdivision.

Some of the homeowners, who either did not receive a copy of the covenants and restrictions or have misplaced their copy, have requested a copy of the covenants and restrictions for the subdivision.

In order to make the covenants and restrictions easily available to all homeowners, a copies of the covenants and restrictions are available on the web site.

These documents are intended for informational use only, they are not legal documents in this format.

Marrero Land & Improvement Association, Limited developed our subdivision in phases with restrictions and covenants detailed in the "phases" listed to the left, beginning in October 1979.
